about 300g pasta (11 oz, approx. 4 1/2 cup)

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and cook it in saltet water until it's getting soften (depends on how you like it, just taste a bit). Doesn't take too long.
Cook the noodles until you like them ;-)
Melt some butter in a pan and roast the cooked cauliflower in there. After that add the pasta. If you like season with some salt and pepper and enjoy!
