Recipe of the week: Tarte Flambee

1 1/2 cups flour (200g / 6,8 oz)

1 teapoonsalz
1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil
110 ml water (less than half a cup or 22 teaspoons)

a bit more than one cup Sour Cream (200g/ 8 oz)
Salt and pepper
1-2 great onions (I prefer the red ones)
ca 100g bacon (about 4 ounces)

Prepare a dough out of flour, salt, oil and water. Knead it until it stopped sticking on your hands. If it doesn't, add some more flour. If it is too dry, add some more water.
After that give it a rest for about 30 minutes.

Season the Sour Cream with salt, pepper and if you like some nutmet, stirr it until it is creamy.

Cut the onions in thin slices or cubes, cut the bacon in this stripes or cubes. 

Roll out the dough on a floured surface really thin, until it fits on your baking tray. Spread the Sour Cream on it as well as the onions and the bacon.

Bake it at 390° F for 20 minutes.

Variations: You can put everything on the dough like a pizza. The dough will be very thin and crispy after baking.
